Score leads to know who Is ready for sales

There is an apparent difference between the values of and actions of sales and marketing. Both are affected in different ways by Search Marketing for lead generation.

Marketing is everything you do to reach and persuade prospects. The
Sales process is everything that you do to close the sale resulting in a
signed agreement or contract.

There is also a major condition when considering scoring. It is a term
usually applied towards B2B leads but also helps to understand who
your leads are depending on where they come from.

The Basics of Scoring

This difference occurs when buyers use search engine solutions to find vendors, they are extremely early in the buying process. Often long before they are ready to engage with sales.

Sales are ready for hot hungry buyer ready prospects when in actual fact, marketing has simply fed the funnel with prospects more apt to be in the lead nurturing position.

So irregardless of how you come upon prospects for your promotions, you need to know at what stage these leads actually are at. The basic idea is for you to represent yourself and your company in such a way as to engage your prospect in open communications.

When you are both marketing and sales

What kinds of promotional materials has brought these leads to you?
What kind of solutions materials do you have ready to meet their needs?

For most of us, unless we can afford to outsource funneling needs, both the job of marketing and sales falls right in our laps.

In other parts of this series we have learned that only 5-15% max will be in the buying mode which leaves a strong 85- 95% of funneled leads in the nurturing mode or no where ready to buy.

Being able to define your ideal target in respect to their needs and wants vs. what you are able to provide as profitable solutions is a must in order that your follow up materials will give you the insights as to how non-threatening your mails must be and for how long.

Be careful of such needy information as their authority to purchase, how much money they do have to spend [high priced back end offers], can they make such a purchasing decision and will they be purchasing soon. All of these needs tell the purchaser what you think of them and very little about what the purchaser thinks of you.

We have discussed the various places we can research to find these ideal targets. By now you should be well under way in doing your own research to help you decide where and how you need to be acting in your promotions to funnel these leads into your list building or direct marketing arena.

Remembering that each additional field on your form codes reduces your conversion rates, it stands to reason that you will have to rely on relationship building over a period of time to produce the answers that helps you separate the ideal prospect from the early stage leads that will need nurturing.

Automate or pass the profit on to competition

Relationship building and nurturing can be very much the same action. For long-term results, you are wiser to consider them so. If you are a hit and miss one-time sales type you won’t care too much what the prospective market thinks of you.

However, if your idea of success formulates on being around for the duration, then long-term repeat business, which is exactly what builds those five and six figure incomes, then you idea of good relationship building through nurturing will definitely show in your automation through mails that build reader trust in you and integrity in how you present in non-threatening communications, the information they are searching for.

Are Checklists Restricted To Business Actions Only?

Hardly. In order to create effective business checklists, you may need to create a few more that are rather on the personal side. A list or two that talks about you to you.

A personal checklist that could measurably improve your productivity. No more feeling pressured because of that little one thing you missed that is needed for others to move ahead. No guilt, no frustration, just a little TLC for you because your personal checklist guides you through the toughest times.

You’d think so huh? Well on the flip side of the coin, I have heard personal check lists being referred to as the emotional equivalent of punching yourself in the head.

Why? Because we are constantly making little mistakes that when added up cost us big time. The point being, you make mistakes all the time and you keep right on repeating those same stupid little time costing errors.

The only way to fix them is to consistenly report them on your checklist. Day after miserable mistake-making day write them down.

Your fingers may type faster than your brain sends the message or vice versa. Either way the typo is made. If you can empirically prove the problem, then you can work on fixing it. Instead of time wasted correcting spelling errors, you can move on to completing your projects faster. Great little way to improve your productivity.

I have a friend to writes in short sharp words. Neither rhyme nor reason and most certainly not presenting clarity of intent. If the subject was the moon, you would end up with a platter of green cheese probably better served with a bagel – whole wheat being preferred – leaving you a mile off course whatever the subject was supposed to be.

Do you have any idea how much time is wasted clarifying short incomplete statements?

Isn’t it just peachy keen that you know what you are talking about. Now give the rest of the world a break and stick to the subject and occasionally try a full clear sentence.

IN my book that is one heck of a powerful time waster to get better at. Huh? and Duh! do not fit my vocabulary as intelligent responses to incomplete sentences.

I bet you can add a few more that drive you bonkers. Meantime, realize checklists are not just for business. They can very nicely change the perception of who we are from a nerve-wracking space cadet to an intelligent conversationalist who simply and clearly knows how to get their message across.

How Many Traffic Enhancers Do You Need

Seems now even larger online companies want to get into the traffic link business. Recently Logiscape decided to bring out their version of the same business model. Nothing wrong with bringing out their own flavor but how many do you really need?

Grouchy and Lazy

Both were sitting on the their rumps being grouchy and lazy as normal.

Grouchy mentioned he has had his fill of traffic enhancers and says
enough is enough! Lazy had to make his poke just to get Grouchy wound up and complaining. He said “What difference does it make? There is a lot of traffic exchanges on the Net today, so why not have a bunch of traffic enhancer sites, too? What does it matter?”

Grouchy got all red in the face and started his tirade. “I hate the fact we have too many traffic exchanges already and now everybody with some dollars is starting to bring out traffic enhancers. Pretty soon we will have one traffic enhancer for every traffic exchange! How is this gonna be good for anyone – just more confusion and frustration! They are gonna ruin the Net!”

Along comes Papa sensing a conversation going nowhere – just more complaining and no action taken by either. Being the smart ole man with many years of wisdom and problem-solving skills, he begins to explain the real problem.

Knowing the disposition of his audience, he brings in Handy to aid in this delemna. Papa explains the complaining and lack of action that most display. Handy. being the techie he is, whispers some guidance to Papa.

“Listen you little ones”, Papa begins … “Does that mean you have to join and promote every traffic exchange on the Net? Even Handy with all his inventions would not be able to accomplish that task! So why do you think you must join every new traffic exchange that is born? Are you really going to make your big
fortunes just by taking that action?”

Handy is thinking maybe he could invent something that would make all this easier but as usual, most things of that magnitude are not feasible much less useful.

Grouchy pipes up stating the same dang thing is going to happen with all these traffic enhancers hitting the Net now – just too much!

With his audience still “slightly” captivated, Papa continues …
“That is not the way to approach the Net. You utilize only a few traffic exchanges to get your sharp clear message with a single call to action out in front of people.

Now with these “new fangled” traffic enhancers, you should approach them the same way. Stop and think! How many do you need to cloak all your links and promote your good slide-in ads?

Apply the same concept – “fewer is better”.”

With the little ones still half-way listening, Papa continues … “So many people spent all their time joining this program and that
opportunity while never taking the time to even setup one single
program to help their own business. Suppose Farmer decided he would plant his crops whenever he felt like it. We all know that could be disaster for that entire year and many would go hungry.’

And to make your traffic enhancer ads even more appealing, stop by the ole conference room Friday evenings with Mrs. Tuffaz Nails. She will assist in making your ads stand up and be noticed – thus getting the desired result.”

Along comes Grandpa hobbling along with his cane but still a very wise old man. Unknowingly, he was sitting nearby whittling on a stick to make one of the babies a new toy and listening. He said “You can learn a lot just by paying attention to the videos, exploring your member’s area, reading newsletters, email and blogs. All those things should be on your daily checklist just like washing your face and hands before eating – its what successful people do.”

So, follow the advice of Papa and Grandpa with regards to traffic
exchanges, traffic enhancers and other sites, follow a business plan and learn all you can about a program, using it wisely before hopping to the next one.

Every notice how economic down turns play a doom and gloom role in the ultimate possibility of your online success?

The harbingers of sad news come out in droves wishing they could tell you good news like the economy is on the rise and there is now some guarantee you can count on the effort you put into building your business creating a healthy income.

Do a little research on what happens during economic down turns and you will find those that are bound to become millionaires do so exactly during any form of depression. The worse, the longer the depression the more dollars they earn.

Externally Driving Me Crazy

User reviews of any product will end up driving you crazy, but bet I win the prize hands down, for being driven crazy using an external hard drive that happily accepted all files and folders to back up but will not permit me to copy back to my nice clean hard drive.

One of the issues I faced was poorly named files and folders. The ‘too long’ error message taught me that in the future I will carefully choose the way I name both.

So MS allows us 128 character naming. Good for them. Just try and get that sucker to copy and paste for you. [ see #2 in resource] Methinks MS kind of goofed in the ‘right click’ allowance field.

Another crazy naming goof up is the folders within folders with folders inside of them. [see #3 in resource] Zip them first then save the headache of doing a one-on-one copy and paste.

You cannot do this work from the get-go in naming at times. It just is not practical but what is practical, is when you have the project done, then put it all in its right master folder and zip it.

Not only can you name every file a full 128 chars you can also copy and paste it wherever and whenever you choose because zip shortened it up.

Cough, Cough. Ahem … Say What?

Are you suggesting I do not understand how to work with
ProTrafficFunnel? That the message I can increase my click-thru
rates by 16% AND my conversions by 29% is over my head and
under my feet?

Ok! Ok! I am getting the message! Let’s see if what I AM getting is
clear enough for you to understand.

First I sign up – it’s free to do so. ProTrafficFunnel is NOT a
Traffic Exchange. However, it IS credit based so what I need to do
is create credits and that can be done in two ways …

1. I turn ALL my URLs, my banner and text links into
ProTrafficFunnel CLOAKED links. Right off the bat my URLs are
no longer ugly, open to theft, AND every TE should accept them.

Nice. No charge for the cloaking? Think I like that.

Now, I place every newly created link out there in the Traffic
Exchanges I would normally put in my referral URL or for banner
or text links, where they point to.

2. The second way I can create credits is by upgrading and
building a good solid following of like minded members who see
and understand just how powerful it is.

Am I doing okay so far? Simple enough? Easily understood? Good.
Now for how I can spend those credits.

1. Slide-in ads. Free can only use text ads but boy do they work
just fine. If you follow the tips, and see how the ones you like are
created, then you are a go.

You earn 10 hits for every link people click on so that builds up
your hits for paying for your ads. Oh those ads are not free. Each
showing costs you 10 credits. Here is the thing, FREE does not get
you the top rewards, it is a door opener to what you can have but
enough of a one to show you what ProTrafficFunnel could do if you
were upgraded. Only the upgraded members pull in 10 full hits per
click on their links.

Now the second way to spend those credits is the huge topper for
upgraded members only. You can solo mail the members to offer
them your products or services.

The kicker is I get to increase my click-thru rates as much as 16%
AND my conversions as much as 29%. Wow can you imagine the
sales? The savings in how much I would need to surf to make
those sales? AND it would be worth every minute of surfing to
realize those increases.

Okay, I am sold, I am going to upgrade. Hey you did a good job
convincing me I needed ProTrafficFunnel to build my sales
potential in a huge yet so simple method.

Now I better go check and see how I have done in the
