Score leads to know who Is ready for sales

There is an apparent difference between the values of and actions of sales and marketing. Both are affected in different ways by Search Marketing for lead generation.

Marketing is everything you do to reach and persuade prospects. The
Sales process is everything that you do to close the sale resulting in a
signed agreement or contract.

There is also a major condition when considering scoring. It is a term
usually applied towards B2B leads but also helps to understand who
your leads are depending on where they come from.

The Basics of Scoring

This difference occurs when buyers use search engine solutions to find vendors, they are extremely early in the buying process. Often long before they are ready to engage with sales.

Sales are ready for hot hungry buyer ready prospects when in actual fact, marketing has simply fed the funnel with prospects more apt to be in the lead nurturing position.

So irregardless of how you come upon prospects for your promotions, you need to know at what stage these leads actually are at. The basic idea is for you to represent yourself and your company in such a way as to engage your prospect in open communications.

When you are both marketing and sales

What kinds of promotional materials has brought these leads to you?
What kind of solutions materials do you have ready to meet their needs?

For most of us, unless we can afford to outsource funneling needs, both the job of marketing and sales falls right in our laps.

In other parts of this series we have learned that only 5-15% max will be in the buying mode which leaves a strong 85- 95% of funneled leads in the nurturing mode or no where ready to buy.

Being able to define your ideal target in respect to their needs and wants vs. what you are able to provide as profitable solutions is a must in order that your follow up materials will give you the insights as to how non-threatening your mails must be and for how long.

Be careful of such needy information as their authority to purchase, how much money they do have to spend [high priced back end offers], can they make such a purchasing decision and will they be purchasing soon. All of these needs tell the purchaser what you think of them and very little about what the purchaser thinks of you.

We have discussed the various places we can research to find these ideal targets. By now you should be well under way in doing your own research to help you decide where and how you need to be acting in your promotions to funnel these leads into your list building or direct marketing arena.

Remembering that each additional field on your form codes reduces your conversion rates, it stands to reason that you will have to rely on relationship building over a period of time to produce the answers that helps you separate the ideal prospect from the early stage leads that will need nurturing.

Automate or pass the profit on to competition

Relationship building and nurturing can be very much the same action. For long-term results, you are wiser to consider them so. If you are a hit and miss one-time sales type you won’t care too much what the prospective market thinks of you.

However, if your idea of success formulates on being around for the duration, then long-term repeat business, which is exactly what builds those five and six figure incomes, then you idea of good relationship building through nurturing will definitely show in your automation through mails that build reader trust in you and integrity in how you present in non-threatening communications, the information they are searching for.

How Many Traffic Enhancers Do You Need

Seems now even larger online companies want to get into the traffic link business. Recently Logiscape decided to bring out their version of the same business model. Nothing wrong with bringing out their own flavor but how many do you really need?

Grouchy and Lazy

Both were sitting on the their rumps being grouchy and lazy as normal.

Grouchy mentioned he has had his fill of traffic enhancers and says
enough is enough! Lazy had to make his poke just to get Grouchy wound up and complaining. He said “What difference does it make? There is a lot of traffic exchanges on the Net today, so why not have a bunch of traffic enhancer sites, too? What does it matter?”

Grouchy got all red in the face and started his tirade. “I hate the fact we have too many traffic exchanges already and now everybody with some dollars is starting to bring out traffic enhancers. Pretty soon we will have one traffic enhancer for every traffic exchange! How is this gonna be good for anyone – just more confusion and frustration! They are gonna ruin the Net!”

Along comes Papa sensing a conversation going nowhere – just more complaining and no action taken by either. Being the smart ole man with many years of wisdom and problem-solving skills, he begins to explain the real problem.

Knowing the disposition of his audience, he brings in Handy to aid in this delemna. Papa explains the complaining and lack of action that most display. Handy. being the techie he is, whispers some guidance to Papa.

“Listen you little ones”, Papa begins … “Does that mean you have to join and promote every traffic exchange on the Net? Even Handy with all his inventions would not be able to accomplish that task! So why do you think you must join every new traffic exchange that is born? Are you really going to make your big
fortunes just by taking that action?”

Handy is thinking maybe he could invent something that would make all this easier but as usual, most things of that magnitude are not feasible much less useful.

Grouchy pipes up stating the same dang thing is going to happen with all these traffic enhancers hitting the Net now – just too much!

With his audience still “slightly” captivated, Papa continues …
“That is not the way to approach the Net. You utilize only a few traffic exchanges to get your sharp clear message with a single call to action out in front of people.

Now with these “new fangled” traffic enhancers, you should approach them the same way. Stop and think! How many do you need to cloak all your links and promote your good slide-in ads?

Apply the same concept – “fewer is better”.”

With the little ones still half-way listening, Papa continues … “So many people spent all their time joining this program and that
opportunity while never taking the time to even setup one single
program to help their own business. Suppose Farmer decided he would plant his crops whenever he felt like it. We all know that could be disaster for that entire year and many would go hungry.’

And to make your traffic enhancer ads even more appealing, stop by the ole conference room Friday evenings with Mrs. Tuffaz Nails. She will assist in making your ads stand up and be noticed – thus getting the desired result.”

Along comes Grandpa hobbling along with his cane but still a very wise old man. Unknowingly, he was sitting nearby whittling on a stick to make one of the babies a new toy and listening. He said “You can learn a lot just by paying attention to the videos, exploring your member’s area, reading newsletters, email and blogs. All those things should be on your daily checklist just like washing your face and hands before eating – its what successful people do.”

So, follow the advice of Papa and Grandpa with regards to traffic
exchanges, traffic enhancers and other sites, follow a business plan and learn all you can about a program, using it wisely before hopping to the next one.

that you need to check out for yourself. What
credits are you losing out on by not checking out
your back office?

Earning and Spending Ad Credits

When you were a kid and got an allowance, the first
thing you learned is there is a lot of week or month
left over from your spending habits that were pretty
dry.

So if you got a dollar, you could not spend more than
that dollar. Now if you got wise quickly, you soon
learned NOT to spend the whole dollar but to invest
a portion of it for growth for a rainy day.

Now how does that apply to ProTrafficFunnel ad
credits earned vs. PTF Ad credits spent?

You work to earn the ad credits by creating ads that
get read. That means people click on them.

A created ad is called a slide-in. That is the ad that
goes into rotation once you approve it. That is the
ad that costs you 10 ad credits every time it is
shown.

Now PTF URL is what YOU create when you convert
your normal referral URL or splash page URLs into
a PTF link. Every time you advertise these PTF URLs
out there and someone clicks on them, you earn 10 ad
credits.

Now see the balancing act between these two actions?
The ad you create/slide-in costs 10 ad credits, the PTF
URLs you promote earn 10 ad credits.

Be careful here as JV partners and Elite members earn
a 1:1 ratio – for every link used they earn 10 ad credits and
for every ad creation they spend 10 ad credits.

However, all other membership levels earn less for each
link they use but it still costs them 10 ad credits each
time their slide-in ad is viewed.

Now it costs you 10 per slide-in ad you send out there
to be read so the balance here has to be the stats
you read on what each ad costs you per credit view
vs. what that PTF URL link brought you in, or you
go broke.

Too many ads can cost you if you do not have the
equivalent PTF URLs to earn you the ad credits
you need to always have enough ad credits to pay
for your slider ads.

EVERY ad is important and needs air time. That
is the whole way this system works. Remember,
the slide-in ad displayed will NOT always be one
of yours. Slide-in’s are displayed based on the one
that has sat the longest without being displayed.

That is why you put your regular program URLS
on a tracker using PTF. That is why you check its
earning power while being advertised. That is
why you PULL PTF URLs that do not earn and
replace them with new ones to test.

And of course, the bottom line is, if you are not
taking these steps to control your advertising,
you may find yourself broke so to speak. NO
earned ad credits to keep the dead weight in
motion.

While you won’t have Dad or Mom to go to
for an allowance increase, what you can do to
remedy the ad credit situation is really simple.
Convert all your referral and splash page URLs
into ProTrafficFunnel tracker URLs and get
them out there to earn those needed ad credits.

Find this difficult to understand? There is a
tutorial in your back office that will make it
even simpler.

Login to your JV Partner’s Page and click on JV Prelaunch Splash to view the new squeeze page. It DOES contain auto-responder form code.

Download and edit the squeeze page html code (available here) replacing everything between ‘start of form code’ and ‘end of form code’ with the generated form code from your auto-responder. Then save as jvsqueeze.html and upload to your domain.

This should help you create a pre-launch list of people eager to signup on launch date. However, it’s your choice to promote using this method – it is not required.

How Should I Promote ProTrafficFunnel?

Remember, your job is to attract any program owners you know. Try to encourage them to join with us to promote a massive launch of ProTrafficFunnel.
